Our School Accountablity Report Cards have been approved by the State and WASC. We address all the necessary items in the SARC template which State law requires.
The process is simple. School district or school personnel contact us regarding their interest in a SARC. In the mean-time, you may sign up for an account to get started on inputting your LEA-supplied data. It doesn't cost anything to start an account with us. We prepare a quote and business agreement and send it your way for your approval. You would enter in your LEA-supplied data right on our secure site. When you're finished, we send you the completed SARC, matched up with your LEA-supplied data and all the appropriate State data. We send you the report in a PDF format which is both appropriate for posting on the web and printing for your school. You may edit your report as much as needed and receive an unlimited number of downloads of your report at no additional charge!!!!! As many times as the State makes changes to their data, or as many times as you feel the need to edit your LEA-supplied data, you can download a new SARC any time. As an additional option, we provide Spanish translation of the SARC as well.
The real advantage of using Revived Images is that your report is not static. It's a dynamic database on our site. We carry your data forward to next year's report. That means next year's process is even a simpler process. We also update our site constantly with the newest data from the state and populate your SARC download with the newest data. Each SARC costs $100. We offer 10% discounts for a mult-year agreement. We also offer volume discounts for school districts larger than 15 sites. If needed, we can provide hosting, publishing the SARC to the web (as required by the State) on our site, as an option. Our goal is an economical and timely SARC for schools.
